MyCloudEngine is a platform and infrastructure provider that enables institutions and organizations to host their own educational spaces. We provide the technical infrastructure, tools, and platform for organizations to deliver their educational materials, courses, quizzes, and certification services to their users.

MyCloudEngine does not create, own, or directly provide educational content. All educational materials, courses, and certifications are created and managed by the respective institutions and organizations using our platform.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service independently. Users under the age of 16 can use the platform with consent from their parents or legal guardian. Users under 18 may need parental consent in some jurisdictions.

4. Acceptable Use

5. Platform Service Model

MyCloudEngine provides platform infrastructure and tools to institutions and organizations. While our core platform services may be free, individual institutions using our platform may choose to charge for their educational content, courses, or certifications.

Payment terms, refund policies, and pricing for educational content are determined by each institution independently. MyCloudEngine is not responsible for payment disputes related to content provided by institutions using our platform.

We reserve the right to introduce premium platform features in the future with appropriate notice to our institutional clients.

6. Content Responsibility and Institution Liability

Educational content, courses, materials, assessments, and certifications available through our platform are created, owned, and managed by the respective institutions and organizations.

MyCloudEngine acts solely as a technology platform provider and is not responsible for:

• The accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of educational content
• Certification validity or recognition by third parties
• Academic policies, grading, or assessment methods
• Content disputes between users and institutions
• Institution-specific terms of service or privacy policies

Users must comply with the specific terms, policies, and requirements of each institution they interact with through our platform.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information as a platform provider. By using our platform, you consent to our privacy practices.
